Cook the chicken in boiling water and salt. Once it is ready, take it out and shredded it. Chop the paprika and zucchini in julienne. Chop the broccoli into pieces. In a frying pan with a little oil stir the ingredients for about one min, then add a little bit of teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
Preheat the grill or pan and roast the Arepa by putting it once on each side until golden. Serve the preparation and the shredded chicken on the Arepa. Add salt and pepper to taste.
